DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS WITHIN THE US OR INTERNATIONALLY?
Products for sale on the website can be shipped wherever you’re located.


I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that
during holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
Yes, unwashed, unworn merchandise may be exchanged only within 30 days from date of purchase. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3 business days. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at thepurplecoconutco@gmail.com with your inquiry.
