When will my order ship? All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
Do you ship products within the US or internationally? Products for sale on the website can be shipped wherever you’re located. However, additional shipping cost may apply.
What method is used for shipping? All packages are shipped via USPS.

Do you offer returns? Yes, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Unwashed, unworn merchandise may be exchanged only within 30 days from date of purchase. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we receive returns, they will be processed within 3 business days. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Did you receive my return yet? You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed completely. You will NOT receive an email when your return has been received by our Returns Department. Please allow up to 10 days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to review/refund your original form of payment.
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do? Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com with your inquiry.
What methods of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Why was my credit card declined? Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this, and if that does not work, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Can I apply a promotion code to an order I already placed? Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.
